Best eSIM and SIM for Albania in 2026: Vodafone, ONE and travel eSIMs

Albania is not in the EU roaming zone, so your home plan may charge a lot for data there. The good news is that local prepaid options and eSIMs are cheap. Here is what the reported prices look like and how to pick, checked in October 2026.

The main networks

The operators tourists usually pick are Vodafone Albania and ONE Albania. According to Saily and ZetSIM, Vodafone is generally considered the strongest for overall coverage, and ONE offers competitive tourist packages. Both sell tourist packs at the airport, in official stores and online.

ZetSIM reports Vodafone Albania’s 2026 tourist packs at about:

3,300 ALL (about US$41) for 30 days

The packs reportedly include a very large data allowance and 1,000 national minutes. Prices and bundles change often, so confirm on the operator’s site or at the store before you buy.

eSIM, local SIM or roaming?

Travel eSIM: set up before you fly, with no stop at a shop. Best for short trips and if you only need data.
